The game plan session is absolutely free. It's designed to help us get to know each other better, and make sure we can actually help you.
If we think we can, we will invite you to come in for a 1on1 session to discuss the different programs we have. If not then we will do everything in our power to give you free resources form our community, or point you in the right direction.
The Game Plan Session is a 20-30 minute call to help us get to know you and see if we can help, if we think you're a good fit for us to work with, then we will schedule a time for us to meet at the studio and help you find the right plans for you.

When you start working with us, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. Depending on the program you chose we have clients lose anywhere from 7 to 15 lbs in 21 days.
The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week as a start!

Most of our clients start just like you. We assess each new member’s fitness level. Then our workouts are designed around your strengths and weaknesses and the areas you'd like to improve.
As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire.
